Terms of Service
The rules of the road. Clear, fair, and written in plain language.
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Pluripost (the "Service"), operated by Pluripost ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
- Accounts are for humans. Automated account creation or usage by bots is not allowed without explicit written permission.
What we provide
- Pluripost is a social media management platform. We provide tools to create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social accounts.
- AI features generate suggestions and content. You review and approve everything before it's published. You're responsible for the content you publish.
- We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
- We continuously improve the platform. Features may be added, modified, or deprecated. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.
Your content
- You retain ownership of all content you create on Pluripost. We don't claim intellectual property rights over your posts, images, or brand materials.
- By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content — only as needed to provide the service (e.g., publishing a post to Instagram on your behalf).
- You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the social platforms you publish to.
- You may not use Pluripost to create or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on others' rights.
Connected social accounts
- By connecting a social account, you confirm you have the authority to manage that account (personal or business).
- You remain bound by the terms of service of each social platform (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Pluripost is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.
- You can disconnect any social account at any time. We'll stop publishing to it and delete stored tokens within 24 hours.
Plans and payment
- Pluripost offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes don't affect the current billing cycle.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of renewal.
- If you downgrade or cancel, your plan changes at the end of the current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to send spam, harass others, or violate any law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, overload our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the platform without written authorization.
- Resell access to Pluripost unless you're on an authorized agency or white-label plan.
Suspension and termination
- You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We'll process data deletion per our privacy policy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. In cases of serious abuse, we may act immediately.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. We'll retain data as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
- Pluripost is provided "as is." While we work hard to maintain quality and reliability, we can't guarantee the service will be error-free.
- Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stripe).
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
- If you're a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms overrides those protections.
- We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
- These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pluripost.
